We operate the websites located at the domains CompleteMailingLists.com and CML-LLC.com (the “Websites) and collect some data when you visit these Websites. We also acquire data from other companies.

We do not knowingly collect or disclose personal information about persons under the age of 18. If a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us so that the information can be deleted.

- Our clients may use these Data Segments to tailor more relevant ads, marketing efforts, and offers to specific groups of individuals, or to learn more about their own customers and improve their own databases
- Our clients may use the personal information we collect and these Data Segments to analyze, locate, and create potential marketing “audiences” through multiple channels (e.g., web and mobile, or TV/radio) (“Cross-Channel Marketing”)
Giving our clients access to personal information and other data when they send offers to their customers and others increases the likelihood that they will send relevant and desired, rather than unwanted offers, content, coupons and ads.

Should you wish to appeal a determination we have made with regard to your personal information request, send an email to privacy-inquiries@completemailinglists.com within 14 days of receiving a final response from us. Include "Data Subject Rights Appeal" in the subject line of your email, and provide your name, the original request case number, the email address associated with your request and any relevant information for us to investigate your appeal. We will provide a response to your request for an appeal within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
9. For consumers residing outside the United States
Our services are intended only for companies operating in the United States. We do not have clients in regions outside the United States, including the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK) and do not knowingly collect information on individuals that reside outside of the United States.
