Addressing the American Antitrust Association (AAI) and Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) Conference on Innovation, Patents and PAEs, Chairwoman Brill reported on the progress of the agency's study on the subject, while asking Congress to act sooner. The FTC is pursuing this long term study empowered by its authority to engage in economic studies that fall short of law enforcement.
