In case you missed it, President Obama has gone public with his stance on net neutrality, and how it should be handled. He is basically in support of the FCC pursuing a path keeping the internet a level playing field for all who deliver content and otherwise use it. That would include reclassifying broadband as a utility under Title II of the Telecommunications Act. Republicans Ted Cruz and Rand Paul have made it clear that they are opposed to such regulation.
