“Today we initiate several steps to ensure that the Internet remains a platform for innovation, economic growth, and free expression.” So stated FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, setting the tone for new rules and regulations governing the behavior of large ISPs and broadband providers such as Comcast and Verizon.
