The Direct Marketing Association's annual convention has begun at the San Diego Convention Center, and will continue through Thursday. The event marks the beginning of CEO/COO Thomas Benton and President Jane Berzan's tenure at the helm of the DMA. The event keynote will be delivered by NBA Legend and entrpreneur Earvin "Magic" Johnson. The convention will reach out more than ever with sessions and resources to diverse interest groups among data-driven marketers.
